APMAA 2024: A Resounding Success!

Dear APMAA Colleagues,

The APMAA 2024 Annual Conference, held October 28-31, was a resounding success! We started with a celebratory 20th Anniversary Banquet at the Grand K Hotel Suites Hanoi, commemorating APMAA's incredible journey since 2004 with 67 attendees.

Over 150 colleagues participated in the hybrid conference, with around 80 attending in person. Prof. Dr. Ueno officially opened the conference at 1:00 p.m. on October 29, marking the start of two days filled with enriching academic paper sessions at UEB-VNU campus that fostered a vibrant intellectual atmosphere. While minor technical hurdles typical of hybrid events did arise, they were managed

A significant highlight was signing a Memorandum of Understanding with the Association of Indonesian Accounting Master Study Programs, solidifying our commitment to quality member services. Additionally, over 50 international participants enjoyed an industry tour to FPT, a leading Asian communications company, and explored other firms in Hanoi on October 31st.
